No Professional Advice
All content on killyoursaas.ai - including kill guides, blog posts, analyzer results, tool recommendations, cost estimates, and any AI-generated output - is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes professional legal, financial, accounting, technical, or business advice.
We are not your lawyer, accountant, software engineer, IT consultant, or financial advisor. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions that could affect your business operations, finances, contracts, or legal obligations.
Recommendations Are Not Guarantees
Tool recommendations, open source alternatives, cost savings estimates, and replacement strategies on this Site are based on our own research and experience. Your results will vary. We make no representations or warranties that any recommended tool, strategy, or approach will work for your specific situation, meet your requirements, or produce any particular outcome.
Software tools change. Pricing, features, and availability of all third-party products we reference may have changed since publication. Always verify current pricing and terms directly with the software provider before making any purchasing or cancellation decisions.
Build-Your-Own Content
Certain guides on this Site ("Tier 2" guides) provide instructions, prompts, and suggested approaches for building your own software tools using AI and open source technology. We are not responsible for anything you build using these instructions. Building and deploying software carries inherent risks including but not limited to: data loss, security vulnerabilities, service downtime, financial cost, and legal exposure. You assume all risk associated with any software you create or deploy.
Code suggestions, Claude Code prompts, and technical instructions provided on this Site are starting points, not production-ready solutions. You are responsible for testing, securing, maintaining, and operating anything you build.
AI-Generated Content
This Site uses AI technology (including the Anthropic Claude API) to analyze CSV data and generate recommendations. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. Do not rely on AI-generated analysis as the sole basis for business decisions. Always review results critically and verify against your own records.
Third-Party Tools and Services
We reference, recommend, and link to many third-party tools, services, and platforms. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, terms, pricing, reliability, or practices of any third-party website or service. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by TechCrowds, LLC.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the SaaS companies whose products we review or discuss, unless explicitly stated. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TechCrowds, LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or service interruption - arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100), regardless of the form of the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechCrowds, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
"As Is" Disclaimer
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or recommendations. We only recommend tools we believe provide genuine value. The commission we earn, if any, comes at no additional cost to you.
Current affiliate relationships may include: Railway, Chatwoot, Vercel (v0), Supabase, and others. This list may change as we add or remove affiliate partnerships. All material connections are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.
4. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how TechCrowds, LLC collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use killyoursaas.ai. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
We take privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not run advertising on this Site. Our goal is to collect only what we need to operate the service.
5. Data We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and any information provided through Google OAuth (name, profile photo). We do not support password-based login.
- Saved data: If you choose to save your kill list or savings tracker, that data is stored in our database (Supabase) and associated with your account.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: We may collect anonymized analytics about how the Site is used, including pages visited and features used. We use privacy-first analytics tools (such as Plausible or Fathom) that do not use cookies and do not track you across the web.
- IP address: We log IP addresses for the purpose of rate limiting the Analyzer tool (maximum 50 analyses per IP per day). IP logs are not retained long-term.
- Log data: Standard server logs may capture browser type, referring URLs, and timestamps. This data is used for debugging and security purposes only.
What We Do Not Collect
- We do not use third-party advertising cookies
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information
- We do not build advertising profiles on our users
How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the Site and its features
- To authenticate your account and maintain your saved data
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
- To respond to your inquiries if you contact us
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. IP rate-limit logs are purged on a rolling basis and are not retained beyond what is necessary for abuse prevention.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Supabase - database and authentication hosting
- Vercel - website hosting and deployment
- Anthropic - AI API used to power the Analyzer tool
- Google OAuth - account login (if you choose to sign in)
- Plausible or Fathom Analytics - privacy-first, cookieless analytics
Cookies
We use session cookies only for authentication purposes (to keep you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Our analytics provider does not use cookies.
Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including row-level security on all database tables and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. The Analyzer Tool
The Analyzer tool allows you to upload a CSV file exported from your bank, credit card, or expense management platform. Your raw financial data is never transmitted to our servers. CSV parsing happens entirely in your browser (client-side) using the Papaparse library. Only a cleaned list of merchant names and amounts is sent to our API for analysis.
That cleaned data is sent to the Anthropic Claude API to identify potential SaaS subscriptions and generate recommendations. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not store the contents of your CSV or the cleaned data payload after your analysis session ends.
The Analyzer is rate-limited to 5 analyses per IP address per day to prevent abuse and manage costs. If you create an account, your saved kill list is stored in our database and associated with your account.
Analyzer results are recommendations only. We are not responsible for any financial, business, or technical decisions you make based on analyzer output. Always verify subscription data against your own records before canceling anything.
7. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. The Analyzer tool runs without an account. An account is required only to save your kill list and track your savings over time.
We support two authentication methods: Google OAuth and email/password. When signing in with Google, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours. If you sign up with email and password, your password is securely hashed and stored by our authentication provider (Supabase). We never have access to your plaintext password.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your killyoursaas.ai account resulting from compromise of your Google credentials.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your saved kill list and savings data will be permanently removed from our systems.
